Elaview is a B2B marketplace that connects landlords who have physical advertising space — like building walls, windows, vehicles, or billboards — with businesses looking to rent those spaces for ads.
Elaview uses short video analysis to assess foot traffic, time of day, and surrounding activity to help calculate the value of ad spaces. Landlords then list their available spaces—such as walls, windows, or vehicles—with photos, pricing, and availability. Advertisers can browse and filter listings by location, type, and budget, then lease or book spaces directly through the platform for a seamless, end-to-end rental experience.
The Technology
Elaview is built as a modern, responsive web platform using React, TypeScript, and Next.js for a fast, scalable frontend, with Supabase powering our backend services, authentication, and real-time data. Our MVP includes core marketplace features such as listing creation, advanced filtering, secure user authentication, landlord and advertiser dashboards, and a built-in messaging system to streamline communication.
We’re also integrating video analysis technology to help assess ad space value based on real-world activity and traffic. Development is actively underway, led by our in-house team and supported by a talented group of engineers and interns.
