Cheaper is an innovative web application that collects data from different retailers and services and display it on the web site. A lot of these different websites make deals with a set amount of companies and only show whatever company that pays them the most and display that; neither, are we an organization that is intrusive with your web history, bookmark history, and personal information. Cheaper has no master. We plan to dedicate our efforts into making an ethical and morally good application by discouraging dropshipping, making under the table deals with companies, and providing different sources of information for you to make the most informed decision and the most important decision because it is your money at the end of the day.

Why Cheaper is a Strong Investment

Cheaper will be able to retrieve prices from a vast, diverse amount of retailers that can potentially make deals with cheaper to promote their goods more than others similar to linkedin's sponsored job postings, a marketplace where we take a fee for posting or sales, advertisement the more it grows, subscription tiers for visual representations of seller trends or buyer trends and statistics.

Risks — and Why We’re Ready

It's alot of data but we can implement load balancers as data comes in and reduce in scope what the user is looking for to trim the fat. Optimization may be an issue but because we are in a niche web application category we don't need large overhauls for optimization. API restrictions with funding we can have access to higher requests and optimize requests by caching, to efficiently and legally scrape we must have it be a chrome extension in the future to provide the user prices from big retailers that don't have a public api.
