We’re looking for a Marketing Co-Founder who wants to help build something from the ground up.

EVU is a pre-seed, pre-revenue venture studio working on a range of early-stage startups and digital products. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing, test ideas, build traction, connect with potential customers, and help turn promising products into growing businesses.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an early-stage environment, where your ideas can directly shape the direction of a venture. You’ll have the opportunity to work across areas such as growth strategy, content, social media, campaigns, customer outreach, partnerships, and market research.

If your work helps generate traction and contributes to securing project funding, there may be an opportunity to move into a paid role, along with potential equity based on your contribution and formal onboarding.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, B2B, SaaS, or digital product environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with campaign planning, content marketing, email marketing, or social media

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep work organized

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with software development concepts and no-code tools

• Interest or experience in sales and customer interaction is a plus

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Compensation & Opportunity
This is a Co-Founder position and does not include a salary during the initial stage. Paid opportunities may become available following formal onboarding and successful project funding. Equity may be available based on the role, contribution, and applicable venture terms.
